Some products cannot be cancelled, all products falling under professional detailers and professional equipment’s (ALL IDROBASE COMPANY PRODUCTS ), Professional chemicals, machinery cannot be canceled. Although Cloths and Brushes can be cancelled on below terms

You may cancel your order before the shipment of the order from our end

(Docket /Tracking number is raised or given to customer 24 hrs after the shipment so if we do not give docket number or close your shipping request it does not imply we have not shipped your product. Contact us to confirm the same.)

 Also you may cancel your order within 24 hours of the time your order was placed   (Applicable only if items are not shipped from us in this duration).

 Orders cancelled after 24 hours prior to shipment are subjected to 15% deductions, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If The item was ordered and during delivery of the order customer refuse / Cancel the order for any other reason apart from Damaged products or wrong items being sent from us, this will be considered as Order Cancellation  with unknown reason and 25% of the invoice will be charged as penalty
