All the
orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. We are shipping thru first flight
and FedEx,
Delivery
of the items may take additional 4-7 working days of shipment time. For some
far of destinations the shipment time may be longer (up to 12 working days).
During
the sale or festival period, some orders may take longer time for delivery.
Due to
state closed or other issues may be natural disaster or human intervention
disasters the shipments might get delayed.
We will
notify you when your order is shipped. In an event that any item you have
ordered is not in a condition to be shipped to you, we shall inform you
accordingly, and cancel the respective item/Order. We shall refund you the
same.
If by any
chance your PIN Code / Address does not have service for shipping by any of our
courier carriers we shall cancel your order and refund the amount.
Note:
Payment
settlement in case of refund might take 5 working days for Net banking
transactions and Up to 12 working days for credit card transaction to
reflect in your account.
If The
item was ordered and during delivery of the order customer refuse
/ Cancel the order for any other reason apart from Damaged products
this will be considered as Order Cancellation and with unknown reason and 25%
of the invoice will be charged as penalty
Shipment Tracking
Orders
once shipped can be tracked using the tracking/docket number. E-mail will be
sent to the customer after the order is shipped with the tracking number.
For tracking the shipment, go to website of the service provider mentioned in
your e-mail and look for “status tracking “using docket number.
Free
Shipping:
Free
shipping is available on order above Rs.999 only.
Cash on
Delivery (C OD):
Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available on order above Rs.1499 and it also depends on the courier partner servicing the Pin Code to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Note: No
COD Facility is allowed for products falling under professional equipment’s,
Professional Detergents/chemicals (All IDROBASE Products) and machinery. Any
order placed requesting or opting COD on these products shall be canceled.
Return Policy :
We accept
return on most of the products.
Some
products cannot be returned, all products falling under professional detailers
and professional equipment’s, Professional chemicals, machinery (ALL IDROBASE
PRODUCTS ). Although Cloths and Brushes can be returned on below terms
All
returns are subjected to 15% DEDUCTION fee and are excluding shipping cost,
packing and handling charge or any other charges if included during invoicing
which will be charged to customer for returns. Please try to include all
original packaging, Specification, Invoice, and necessary materials in intact
condition to avoid additional penalty.
Return and Replacement :
If
by any chance you are not satisfied with your order, just return the product to
us within 4 working days of Delivered date in the original packaging. We will
refund you, deducting 15%.

After 4 days of Delivered date we will not accept any refunds or returns.

All returned items must be sent with pre-paid shipping cost else the same shall
be deducted from customer refund amount. In case of Return Customer has to send
the product back to origin with courier partner we advise via e-mail
communication and request customers to drop the item to nearest office, there
will be no Door pick up facility available for returns.
Some items are non-returnable, all liquid product, and product on
clearance/sale/discount. All products falling under professional detailers
and professional equipment’s, Professional chemicals, machinery (ALL
IDROBASE PRODUCTS ). Although Cloths and Brushes can be returned (If they
do not fall under clearance/sale/discount ) as per terms
We
request Customers not to accept Liquid items if they are damaged during
delivery and ask the delivery person to return the product to origin.
We request customers to send unpacking video in case of damage /defective
condition delivery during shipping. Or Visual images in case of liquid leakage
which can be identified by physical vision and no unpacking would be required
in such scenario.
If you have received an item 'Not as described', you can request a replacement
at no extra cost or in case if we can’t replace the product we will give you
full refund. In such case we request Customers to send the product
back to origin with courier partner we advise via e-mail communication and
request customers to drop the item to nearest office, as there will be no Door
pick up facility available for returns.
We strongly recommend packing any items (especially fragile) components with
sufficient padding to avoid damage during return shipping. Note that we are not
responsible for products being returned to us in damaged condition. Any loss
due to damage would be customer’s payout.
